Volunteer Opportunities We are looking for volunteers to assist in expanding and maintaining a ministry which encourages Christians to live according to God's Word and share that word with a lost world. All volunteers will have their information displayed on this page, as well as in the Members Directory-with a volunteer icon next to their name. Volunteers must be a member of ACT at Work to be considered for a position or to assist in a position. To apply for a position or positions, please send an email to volunteer@actatwork.com with the "Volunteer for Position Title" (be sure to change "Position Title" to the specific position you are interested in) in the subject. If you would like to volunteer for a position that is already filled, please contact us at volunteer@actatwork.com and we will pass your information along to the head of the volunteer position to see how we can utilize your gifts. Web Designer-
Design and maintenance of this website.
Assistant Web Designer- Assist Web
Designer in helping maintain this site. To qualify for Assistant Web
Designer we are looking for someone who has FrontPage experience and SEO
knowledge. 1 Position Vacant
Resource Director-
Check out and approve all resources submitted. Lead the Resource
team in finding affiliate programs and additional resources for A.C.T.
at Work. Currently, we are desperately needing someone to help
us get our affiliate program up and running to help support this
ministry and others!!
Resource Assistants-
Assist the Resource Director in finding affiliate programs and
additional resources for A.C.T. at Work. Currently, we are
desperately needing to get our affiliate program up and running to help
support this ministry and others!!
Articles and News-
Check all
articles and news submitted plus search for additional articles, news, and
tips
that would be relevant to our visitors. Send all recommended
articles and news that meet ACT at Work's standards to the Web Designer to
be added to the site.
Membership Director-
Review all membership applications and approve or deny them. Respond
to all membership applications with the status of application-noting
approval or denial (will have a response as to why the application was
denied). Will send all approved membership to Web Designer to be
added to the Business Directory. Will send all necessary information
to new members and update all necessary organization documents.
Newsletter Editor-
This person will
compile all the content for our monthly newsletter. They will be
responsible for editing the content and making sure it is formatted and
ready to go.
Newsletter Writers-
These people
will each write or research a quality free reprint Christian Article on a
pre-assigned category. This article must be submitted by the 15th of

Marketing Campaign Manager-
Lead all
marketing campaigns from the beginning planning stages to the
implementation of it. To qualify, we would prefer someone with
marketing experience and press release experience.
Marketing Campaign Assistants-
Assist Marketing Campaign Manager in planning and implementing marketing
plans. No marketing experience is required, but if you have it,
please let us know.
Prayer Warriors-
Pray for the ministry, the members, and prayer requests
that are submitted (you will be added to the list to receive these
emails).
A.C.T. at Work's Official Printer-Does
all printing for A.C.T. at Work at cost. Other- If you see a volunteer need that is not mentioned here, please feel free to contact us at volunteer@actatwork.com with your suggestions and solutions.
